Remote Web Chat Representative

As a Remote Web Chat Representative at Saudi Post, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service through online chat platforms. This part-time Associate Level position is based in Riyadh, SA and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions - Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while multitasking and managing time effectively - Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and data security - Consistently meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management - Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and find resolutions - Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and company news to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or online environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers via web chat - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
