Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. In this part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and general inquiries. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues for customers using our website or online services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Uphold company values and guidelines while interacting with customers online. 7. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. 4. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 5. Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
