Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Almarai Company in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Use empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset. 5. Emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer situations with empathy. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems.
