Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

The Remote Web Chat Representative at Saudi Electricity Company will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing information about products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via online chat. 2. Provide information about products and services offered by Saudi Electricity Company. 3. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized service. 6. Plan and prioritize workload to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 9. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries. 5. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with customers. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems. 9. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 10. Ability to align work with a greater purpose and contribute to a meaningful mission.
