Remote Web Chat Representative

Job description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering in Mecca, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, be resilient, and possess independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Promote products and services to increase sales opportunities - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and independent with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Creativity to engage customers and improve the customer experience - Ability to work remotely and independently - Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus)
