Arabian Pipes Company, a leading manufacturing company in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to work from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through web chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Handle a high volume of incoming web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions. 4. Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative ways to assist customers. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
