Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Web Chat Representative to join our team at Saudi Post. As a Web Chat Representative, you will work remotely from home and engage with customers through online chat to provide them with excellent service and support. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Manage and prioritize multiple customer tasks simultaneously - Assist customers with product information, promotions, and problem resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong typing skills and ability to multitask - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction - Ability to persuade and manage people effectively in a virtual setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
