Job Description:
SABIC is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative, working from home in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers - Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient individual who is able to handle high volumes of customer inquiries - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent required
