Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for managing online customer interactions through chat, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or complaints. 2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 3. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions that meet their needs. 4. Monitor chat conversations for trends and escalate any significant issues to management for further action. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to promote new products or promotions through chat interactions. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for online customer interactions. 9. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to chat response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets. 10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal growth and development within the role.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online chat environment. - Resourceful and adaptable, able to think on your feet and find creative solutions to customer inquiries. - Strong decision-making skills, able to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions under pressure. - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
