Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a timely and professional manner through the web chat platform - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Resourceful and reliable individual who can adapt to different situations - Strong soft skills including adaptability and strategic planning - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
