Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is looking for a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat, answering inquiries and providing solutions to their problems - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based chat platforms
