Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with no prior experience but with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through online chat platforms, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communication with customers. 3. Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service. 5. Utilize web chat software and other tools effectively to streamline communication and improve efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits, with a positive attitude towards learning and growth. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. 5. Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
