Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Saudi Airlines is seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or communications role. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns - Research information to accurately address customer questions and concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and efficient experience for customers - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Work to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to research and problem-solve to provide accurate and timely responses to customers - Experience in customer service or communications is preferred - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
