Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at the Saudi Railways Organization in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via web chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Providing product recommendations and offering promotions to customers - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meeting performance metrics and goals set by management - Ensuring a positive customer experience and representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and critical thinking abilities - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in using web chat software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in both English and Arabic is preferred
