Job description:
Al-Yamama is currently seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, possess strong teamwork and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Assist with updating and maintaining the company's website - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills - Familiarity with basic web development tools is a plus
