The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the technology and customer service industries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support - Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers through the company's products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and customer needs - Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and adaptable personality - Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions - Persuasion skills to guide customers towards desired outcomes - No prior experience required, all training will be provided - Must be willing to work in Mecca, Saudi Arabia
