Web Chat Specialist

United Electronics Company is seeking a dedicated Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our company website.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner via web chat - Providing solutions and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers - Keeping accurate records of all chat interactions and customer feedback - Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer service experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with online chat support - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
