Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a passionate and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Entry Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through web chat. - Assist customers with product information, order status, and any other questions or concerns they may have. - Utilize decision-making and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues effectively. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs.
