Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a keen attention to detail and emotional intelligence are essential soft skills for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Ability to display emotional intelligence in customer interactions - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
