Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Specialist to join our team and work from home. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our customers in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat promptly and accurately - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs and provide personalized recommendations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or online support - Hardworking and independent with the ability to work from home effectively - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in using web-based chat platforms and CRM systems - High school diploma required, college degree preferred
