Job Description:

Sipchem is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team and work from the comfort of your own home in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly. 3. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in handling challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy. 5. Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards solutions and upsell products/services when appropriate. 6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive team dynamic. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. People management skills to de-escalate difficult situations and build rapport with customers. 5. Persuasion skills to guide conversations and influence customer decisions. 6. Resilient and adaptable mindset to handle changing customer needs and challenges. 7. Comfortable working from home and managing workload efficiently. 8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 9. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
