Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Support Associate with remote work capabilities to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Mecca, SA. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to different departments within the company - Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments - Manage correspondence and communication between teams - Assist in data entry and record-keeping - Perform research on various topics as needed - Support the team in project management tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
