Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a part-time Support Manager to work remotely in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate for this role will be a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to team members remotely, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to excel in their roles - Develop and implement strategies to support employees in their personal and professional development - Collaborate with other managers to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment - Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess their needs and provide guidance as needed - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and find solutions for team members - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Track and report on support metrics to assess the effectiveness of support initiatives

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a support-related role - Independent and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - High emotional intelligence - Proven ability to work remotely and support team members effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
