Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Support Officer to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Jeddah, SA. As a Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the company. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks - Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members - Coordinate meetings and manage calendars - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Help prepare reports and presentations for leadership
Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong critical thinking and planning abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
