Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Support Representative at Almarai Company, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. Your primary duty will be to offer technical support, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through various processes.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and guidance to customers experiencing issues with our products or services - Troubleshoot and resolve problems reported by customers - Document and track customer interactions and reported issues - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and support processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Driven and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to learn quickly and apply new information to problem-solving scenarios - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely - Must be available to work part-time hours as needed
