Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Support Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company. This is a part-time remote work position based in Medina, SA. As an Associate level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to customers on how to resolve them. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and mentorship. 6. Contribute to improving the customer support process by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. 4. Independent and self-driven with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 5. Strong people management skills and the ability to train and mentor team members. 6. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 7. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
