Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company. This is a part-time remote work position based in Medina, SA. This is an entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support by responding to inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on products and services.

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. - Strong communication and cooperation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with customer support software and tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred.
