Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to internal and external customers. This position is ideal for individuals at the Associate level with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Document all customer interactions and solutions in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services - Assist in training new team members on support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
