Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Saudi Aramco is looking for a talented and experienced Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and support requests - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Provide training and support resources to clients to enhance their user experience - Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize client support services
