Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Resourcefulness in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries efficiently.
