Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. -Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. -Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. -Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: -2 years of experience in a customer service role. -Motivated and dedicated personality traits. -Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. -Excellent written communication skills. -Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
