Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Web Chat Associate will play a crucial role in our customer service department by providing support and assistance to our online customers through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers and cross-sell additional products when appropriate. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company's system for reference and follow-up purposes. 5. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to different customer communication styles. 4. Proficient in computer skills and familiar with web chat platforms. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote work.
