Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the company's web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 3. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Analyze data and metrics related to web chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Demonstrated experience in negotiation and strategic planning. 3. Proven track record of success in managing web chat platforms and leading teams. 4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
