Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work position based in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to effectively manage our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the operation of the web chat platform, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of customer inquiries - Train and onboard new chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to agents - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall chat experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in web chat technology

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment - Dedicated and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
