Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Saudi Aramco. This is a remote work position based in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor web chat platforms to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure quality service delivery - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in web chat performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web chat platforms - Reliable and energetic with a high level of emotional intelligence
