Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers proactively through our web chat platform to provide assistance and resolve issues. - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding performance metrics. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience. - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Assist with training new team members on web chat best practices and procedures.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. - Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Driven and confident personality traits. - Strong decision-making and planning skills. - Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software.
