Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in a remote work capacity. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our website to provide support and assistance in a prompt and professional manner. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with problem resolution. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. 3. Utilize strategic planning skills to effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and follow-up on any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and support across all channels. 6. Work closely with the customer service team to escalate any complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement. 7. Keep accurate records of all interactions and customer data in the chat system. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Confident and resilient personality to handle challenging customer interactions. 4. Strong strategic planning and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 6. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 8. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
