Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team at Al Hokair Group. This is a part-time remote work position based in Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via web chat. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 2. Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks. 3. Adaptability to changing situations and the ability to work independently. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 5. No prior experience required, as we are looking for entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
