Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

We are seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our team at L'azurde Company for Jewelry. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information about our products and services - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize creativity and strategic planning to enhance the effectiveness of web chat interactions - Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred - Knowledge of jewelry industry a plus - Motivated and driven to succeed - Creative thinker with strategic planning skills
