Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co. This is a remote work opportunity based in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer profiles - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong planning and time management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
