Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Provide product information and recommend solutions to meet customer needs - Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
