Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros., located in Jeddah, SA, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services. 2. Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to increase brand awareness. 3. Analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make necessary adjustments. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals. 5. Create content for email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize strategies. 7. Assist in organizing events and promotions to drive traffic and customer engagement. 8. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews online. 9. Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives. 10. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. 4. Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. 5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience with SEO and SEM strategies. 8. Knowledge of email marketing best practices. 9. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus. 10. Motivated and dedicated to achieving results. 11. Strong people management skills.
