Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Medina, SA. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team in various tasks to help promote our services and drive brand awareness. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies - Coordinate marketing campaigns and events - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content - Support the digital marketing team in managing social media platforms and email campaigns - Help monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
