Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a motivated and resilient Marketing Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content. 2. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management. 5. Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing. 8. Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well in a team. 6. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to think creatively and strategically. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
