Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Marketing Associate to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms - Coordinate promotional events and campaigns - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics - Support the marketing manager in daily administrative tasks - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques is a plus

Personality traits: - Motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment - Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with team members

Soft skills: - Strong analysis skills to interpret marketing data - Effective project management skills to meet deadlines and execute campaigns successfully
