Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to work from home. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to promote Alinma Tokio Marine Company's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services - Coordinate marketing campaigns and events - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior - Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
