Sipchem is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Online Digital Marketing Associate in Mecca, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in this field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion on company websites - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness - Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, emails, and social media posts - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and project management skills - Resourceful and hardworking with a high level of energy and enthusiasm - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and cooperation are essential soft skills for this role
