Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting our online marketing efforts and driving brand awareness in the digital space. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads. 2. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers. 3. Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns to optimize performance and ROI. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the online landscape. 6. Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage with customers. 7. Support in the creation of digital assets such as graphics, videos, and blog posts. 8. Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of online marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for digital marketing. 4. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to communicate effectively with stakeholders. 5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms. 6. Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 8. Knowledge of SEO best practices and current digital marketing trends.
