Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a motivated and resilient PR Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of public relations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation - Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials - Monitor media coverage and social media engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts - Assist in organizing and executing PR events and campaigns - Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR initiatives align with overall company goals - Track and report on PR campaign performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in PR or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to work well under pressure - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
