Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at Sipchem in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate level role, this position requires at least 3 years of experience in communications or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and passionate about effectively conveying important messages to various audiences.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's initiatives and projects - Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts - Manage relationships with media outlets and coordinate interviews and press events - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals - Assist in crisis communication efforts and provide support in handling sensitive issues - Conduct market research and analysis to identify communication trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the planning and execution of events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperate with other team members and demonstrate excellent presentation skills - Experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
